My professional activities include: 1. Providing Internal Medicine and Specialty Women’s Health Care in person and virtually. I have been a practicing women’s health internist for over 30 years in both academics and private practice. I currently see patients in person in Cincinnati, Ohio as part of Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati, an independent fee for service multispecialty primary care and women’s health practice that I founded in 2016. As a practicing physician withing CMOC, I provide in person evidence based longitudinal concierge primary care to both women and men, as well as consultative women’s specialty care in the areas of menopause, sexual medicine, medical breast and genetics, survivorship, migraine and second opinions. Additionally, I provide fee for service personalized consultative women’s health virtual care (telehealth) to women in the 15 states I am licensed in (Ohio, Virginia, Florida, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan) 2. Founder and President of Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati (CMOC). After leaving academic medicine in 2016 I founded Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati (CMOC), the first multispecialty direct care/concierge medicine practice in the region, and the first direct care/concierge medicine practice with a specific focus on women’s health and menopause. Since launch, CMOC has grown CMOC to 3 locations and now includes 5 physicians, and 5 mid-level providers, all certified by The Menopause Society as Menopause Practitioners. 3. Founder and CEO of Ms.Medicine. In 2019 I founded Ms.Medicine, a women’s health company with a mission to advance the care of midlife women through innovation in care delivery, and clinician education. Today, Ms.Medicine, assists primary care physicians committed to advancing evidence-based women’s health care, in building their own independent and bespoke high quality direct care/concierge medical practice with a specific focus on advancing care of midlife women. Ms.Medicine provides comprehensive practice support services that include initial consulting and transition services, followed by ongoing operational and marketing support, technology, and ongoing women’s health clinical education. Today (as of Jan 1, 2024) the Ms.Medicine Affiliate network includes 11 locations, in 8 states with 17 active Ms.Medicine providers. We project that by the end of 2024, Ms.Medicine will have 16 locations in 10 states with 27 providers.
