Privacy
Short version: you can search this entire directory without an account, and we do not want your personal data. The only thing we ever ask for is an email address, and only if you choose to subscribe.
What we collect
If you just browse: nothing that identifies you. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of what you searched for.
If you subscribe to the email: your email address, and the fact that you subscribed from this site. Nothing else. We do not ask for a name, a location or any health information, and you should not send us any.
Never: symptoms, diagnoses, appointments or any other health information. This site does not book appointments and has no patient records, because it holds none.
Search happens in your browser
The practitioner search runs entirely on your own device. Your browser downloads the index once and filters it locally, which means your searches are never sent to us and we could not see them even if we wanted to.
Third parties
OpenStreetMap. Practitioner profile pages embed a map from openstreetmap.org. Loading it reveals your IP address to OpenStreetMap, as any embedded map would. We chose it over the alternatives because it sets no advertising cookies. Their privacy policy governs that request.
Google Fonts. Typefaces are served from Google's font hosts, which sees your IP address for that request.
Our host. Like any website, the server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not mine them.
Email provider. If you subscribe, your address is stored with the email platform we use to send the newsletter. We never sell, rent or share it.
Practitioner listings
The 6,401 listings are professional contact details compiled from two public professional registers, not private personal data. They cover a practice, not a home.
Any listed practitioner can have their entry corrected or removed at any time, without giving a reason, via the practitioner page. We do not keep a shadow copy of removed listings.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Because the only thing we are likely to hold is an email address, that request is usually satisfied by unsubscribing, which you can do from the footer of every email in one click.
For anything else, email privacy@laterspring.com.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the change will be described here rather than quietly swapped in. Last updated .
