Later Spring lists 7,390 menopause practitioners across 55 countries, and patients search it by what actually matters to them: certification, telehealth, insurance and location. If you appear in a menopause society's register, you are probably already listed — claiming your profile takes two minutes and costs nothing.
The listing is free
Being listed costs nothing and always will. No trial that expires, no card on file to stay visible. Your profile exists because you appear in a professional register, not because you paid, and it stays whether you subscribe or not.
Certification is never for sale
A paid plan can place you in a labelled Featured block at the top of a page. It cannot make you certified, cannot add a credential you do not hold, and cannot remove anyone else's. Every listing below the Featured block is ordered by certification, exactly as before.
Verification patients can see
US profiles are cross-checked against the federal NPI registry, and every listing shows its society credential — MSCP, BMS recognition or AMS membership — as a distinct badge. No self-declared 'top doctor' stickers.

Results are ordered by certification and profile completeness: certified practitioners first, then profiles with a photo, more declared areas of expertise and longer time in clinical practice. Patients can re-sort at any time, and claiming a profile never changes where it ranks.
Practice-plan subscribers can appear above that order, in a block of at most three listings marked Featured, with a line above it telling the reader that those practices pay to be there. We label it because a patient choosing a clinician is entitled to know which part of a page was bought. Nothing below that block is affected, and no amount of money moves a listing inside it — which of several subscribers appears is decided by certification.
