Later Spring Directory is a search tool. It is not a clinic, does not provide medical care, does not book appointments, and gives no medical advice. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician.

Appearing in this directory means a clinician declared (peri)menopause as a focus of their practice on a public professional register. It is not a recommendation, a verification of competence, or a statement that they are right for you.

Verify licensure, credentials, insurance and availability directly with the practice before booking. Our guide to checking credentials explains how.

The 6,401 listings are compiled from public registers and were last refreshed on 7 September 2026. Addresses, phone numbers, insurance acceptance and availability change often, and fields such as areas of expertise are self-declared and unverified.

We make no warranty that any listing is complete, current or accurate. Treat every field as a starting point for a question, not as a settled fact.

You may search, link to and share these pages freely. You may not scrape the directory in bulk to rebuild it elsewhere, use the contact details for marketing or unsolicited outreach to practitioners, or present the listings as your own.

The practitioner contact details here exist so that patients can reach clinicians. Using them to sell to those clinicians is not acceptable use.
