What Featured means, precisely
On the Practice plan you can appear above the normal order, in a block of at most three listings marked Featured, with a line above it telling the reader those practices pay to be there. We label it because someone choosing a clinician is entitled to know which part of a page was bought.
Paying does not make you certified, does not add a credential you do not hold, does not remove anyone else, and does not reorder a single listing below the block. Which of several subscribers appears in it is decided by certification, not by who paid first or paid more.
When you are charged, and when you are not
You can subscribe straight away, but we verify by hand that you are the clinician on the listing before anything switches on. We aim to do that within two business days. If we take longer, tell us and we credit the difference — you should not pay for days spent waiting on us.
If we cannot verify you, we refund in full and nothing is activated. Cancel whenever you like and your free listing stays exactly where it was.
