With over 30 years of experience caring for patients, I have become deeply passionate about improving how women are supported during midlife. I believe women deserve informed, evidence-based, and personalized care during perimenopause and menopause — not dismissal, rushed visits, or a one-size-fits-all approach. My practice is intentionally focused on helping women in midlife better understand their changing bodies, identify contributing factors behind their symptoms, and create a clear, medically sound plan that supports both quality of life and long-term health. My goal is for every woman to feel heard, educated, supported, and confident in her care. Insurance may be used for medications and laboratory testing.
